摘要: Abstract Objectives The aim of this study was to compare the levels cytokines IL-6, IL-10 and IL-17 chemokine IL-8 in peri-implant crevicular fluid (PCF) between group patients with peri-implantitis (PP) peri-implantar healthy (HP). Design PCF collected from 40 implants regarding 25 patients, being 14 PP 11 HP totalizing 20 each group. samples patient were quantified for IL-17, using enzymatic immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results expression significantly higher when compared (p Conclusions This demonstrates that there is an increase which may induce production other inflammatory cytokines, contributing pathogenesis bone loss peri-implantitis.
