摘要: Molecular alterations in Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were investigated for the first time molar placenta using protein expression, activation status, differential amplification status and mutational analysis. Invasive lesions showed upregulation of internal domain downregulation external with concomitantly high gene phosphorylation. Mutations distributed across different exons non-invasive cases contrast to single mutations restricted 4 6 invasive displayed a strong correlation overexpression phosphorylation suggesting that higher copies EGFR exon 4&6 influence capacity trophoblasts can be used as biomarker invasion.
