摘要: Objective Presence of negative mood (depressed mood) and anhedonia (lack interest pleasure) are considered core symptoms depression, while absence positive is not taken into account. It therefore remarkable that the depression scales routinely used to assess changes during antidepressant treatment (Hamilton Depression Rating Scale [HDRS], Montgomery-Asberg [MADRS]) do really take account anhedonia. Several were developed hedonic tone, but they only partially cover multidimensional concept. Therefore we a new 16-item questionnaire, Leuven Affect Pleasure (LAPS), affect, tone. Methods This first article on LAPS questionnaire reports correlations between different items, factor analysis, differences found in 3 groups subjects : healthy college students (N=138), depressed still functioning (N=27), severely inpatients (N=38). These calculated using univariate general linear models with Bonferroni post-hoc testing, effect sizes expressed η2. Results Negative affect moderately correlated, 4 independent variables (cognitive functioning, overall meaningful life, happiness) had stronger than affect. The major difference was students, groups, for tone inpatients. Affiliative affiliative function well preserved, even Conclusions preliminary report suggests offers comprehensive assessment happiness). Clinically relevant subscores variable levels (healthy subjects, mildly inpatients).
