摘要: Following identification of large genomic polymorphisms in a previous study, polymerase chain reaction and sequencing strategy was used to identify single nucleotide (SNPs) 25 genes the sheep (S) cattle (C) strains Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (M. a. paratuberculosis) between M. avium. From 12,117 bp sequence representing 26 loci across genes, 11 SNPs were identified S C eight genes: hsp65, sodA, dnaA, dnaN, recF, gyrB, inhA, pks8. An silico comparison these sequences 104 genome revealed 86 SNPs, which corresponded well with similar studies complex.
