摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the major causes cancer related death globally. Apigenin, a dietary flavonoid, possesses anti-tumor activity against HCC cells in-vitro. Development, physicochemical characterization apigenin loaded nanoparticles (ApNp), biodistribution pattern and pharmacokinetic parameters upon intravenous administration ApNp, effect ApNp treatment in rats with were investigated. Apigenin had sustained drug release successfully reached hepatic in-vitro as well liver carcinogenic animals. predominantly delayed progress chemical induced hepatocarcinogenesis rats. Quantification by liquid chromatography-mass spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS) showed that availability significantly increased blood treatment. nanoparticle delivery substantially controlled severity hepatocellular could be future hope for lingering survival patients.
