摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC), one of the most common malignancies worldwide, is often diagnosed at an advanced stage, and resistance to chemotherapeutic existing targeted therapy a major obstacle its successful treatment. New targets that offer alternative clinical options are therefore urgently needed. Recently, perturbation spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC), surveillance mechanism maintains anaphase inhibition until all chromosomes reach metaphase plate, has been regarded as promising target fight cells, either alone or in combination regimens. Consistent with this strategy, many cancers, including CRC, exhibit altered expression SAC genes. In article, we review our current knowledge on activity status anti-CRC strategies future therapeutic perspectives basis targeting experiments in vitro animal models.
