Development and validation of methods for the determination of miokamycin in various pharmaceutical preparations by use of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy

摘要: New methods for the determination of nominal content miokamycin in three commercial pharmaceutical preparations available many different forms are proposed. Solid samples, grinding which is sole pretreatment required, analysed by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, using a fibre-optic probe. The active principle quantified partial least-squares regression (PLSR). proposed were validated with view to their use as control methods; selectivity method, and repeatability, intermediate precision, accuracy, linearity robustness each PLSR calibration model used determined. relative standard error prediction (RSEP) was < 1.5% validation results testify suitability methods.
