摘要: Abstract A competitive protein-binding method for the assay of dehydroepiandrosterone and its sulphate in plasma is described. After extraction from plasma, solvolysis case sulphate, purified by paper chromatography transformed to 5-androstene-3β, 17β-diol reduction with sodium borohydride. The so formed prior assay. end-point uses binding property testosterone-binding globulin, which binds high affinity those steroids an unhindered 17β-hydroxyl group. reliability criteria terms precision, accuracy, sensitivity specificity have been evaluated.
