摘要: An objective to improve the evolution of transplants is identify risk biomarkers morbidity and loss allograft. In liver transplant (LTX) recipients, an association has been demonstrated between presence mismatch for glutathione S-transferase T1 (GSTT1) development de novo immune hepatitis (IH). 419 LTX patients we analyzed, a period 1 14 years, "atypical" autoantibodies directed against GSTT1 their relationship with genotype developing IH. A total 6.9% recipients had 24 showed (recipient/donor) genotype. From this last group, up 70% developed IH graft dysfunction after (95% confidence interval: 17.4-37.5 months). null genotype, evaluation useful monitoring
