摘要: Background: The long-term outcome of kidney transplantation could be influenced by the appearance antibodies against donor-specific antigens. Glutathione S-transferase T1 (GSTT1) is a protein preferentially expressed in liver and cells. Deletion GSTT1 gene results complete lack expression, which occurs 20% white population. donor-recipient mismatch has been deleterious transplantation. purpose this study to examine immunologic clinical consequences Methods: presence anti-GSTT1 was studied retrospectively sera from 135 patients who underwent before 1995. Samples 89 received GSTT1-positive graft between December 1998 May 2001 were collected prospectively. genotypes using standard methods. Results: Seven patients, all with null genotype, produced antibodies. No transplant recipient positive genotype these Six 7 also for hepatitis C virus. Clinical outcomes did not differ those entire group. Conclusion: After transplantation, some developed an immune response, production seem produce functional impairment graft. Hepatitis virus seems have prominent role particular allograft response.
