摘要: Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) is driven by the activation and proliferation of allergen-specific memory T-lymphocytes currently diagnosed patch testing with a selected panel chemical allergens. The lymphocyte transformation test (LTT) can be used to monitor ex vivo T-lymphocyte responses antigens, including LTT not viewed as being an alternative testing, but it does seek reflect experimentally skin sensitization specific chemicals. based on stimulation in vitro antigen-driven proliferation. That is, exposure culture primed relevant antigen delivered appropriate configuration will provoke secondary response that reflects acquisition sensitization. technical aspects this utility approach for investigation immune allergens humans are reviewed here, particular emphasis further development refinement protocol. An important potential application may provide basis characterizing those have greatest influence sensitizing potency considered some detail.
