摘要: The influence of the nanostructure height on polarization surface emission was systematically investigated for In(Ga)As/InP quantum dashes. Polarization-resolved photoluminescence experiment compared to theoretical considerations based multiband k·p theory and an analytical formula relating anisotropy nano-object geometry derived. Substantial in-plane structure shape asymmetry induces a pronounced degree linear in emission, which depends strongly not only lateral aspect ratio but also height. Additionally, linearly polarized (up 90%) demonstrated columnar dashes by combining elongation with significantly increased
