摘要: Abstract This investigation highlighted the risk of cancer in 8074 HIV-infected people and 2875 transplant recipients Italy France. Observed expected numbers were compared through sex- age-standardised incidence ratios (SIRs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs). After 15 years follow-up, cumulative probability was 14.7% 13.3% HIV-positives. The SIRs for all cancers 9.8 HIV-positives 2.2 transplants. Kaposi’s sarcoma (SIR = 451 HIV-positives, 125 transplants) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (SIR = 62 11.1, respectively) most common cancers. A significantly increased SIR liver also emerged both groups. lung elevated heart (SIR = 2.8), borderline statistical significance HIV-positive (95% CI:0.9–2.8). Immune depression entails a two-fold overall cancers, mainly related to associated with viral aetiology.
