摘要: Optimum Cut-off Point of the Japanese Short Version Effort-Reward Imbalance Ques- tionnaire: Sumiko KURIOKA, et al. Department Health Policy and Management, Graduate School Medical Science, University Occupational Environmental Health, Japan—Objectives: The theoretical threshold (effort-reward ratio >1.0) may not be ideal for short version effort- reward imbalance (ERI) questionnaire. We aimed to seek optimum cut-off point. Methods: admin- istered original versions ERI ques- tionnaire with a psychological distress scale randomly selected workers (n=1,489) in web-based survey. evaluated kappa statistics conducted receiver operating characteristics curve analyses. values effort-reward ratios at 0.1 intervals range 1.0−1.9 were tested using criterion an >1.0 version. Results: questionnaire had accept- able reliabilities. When point, prevalence high-risk groups was 63.2% compared 18.9% version, their agreement slight. Kappa agree- ments analyses suggested that short-version around 1.3 1.4 most equivalent criterion. Regression equation procedures supported findings, defined by showed significant associations external (psychological distress) minimal estimation error. Because highest but only moderate agreements risk group obtained when setting 1.4−1.6 as cut-offs, we considered >1.4 optimal. Conclusions: This empirical investigation suggests value
