摘要: The use of cut-off values is common in research on the effort-reward imbalance (ERI) model. They are often used to identify health risk situations or behaviour at work, although little known about their diagnostic properties. aim study was investigate empirically points for ratio and over- commitment (OC) scale. based a sample 302 teachers. According International Classification Mental Behavioural Disorders-10 (ICD-10), 115 subjects suffered from mood disorder. control group consisted 187 matched healthy subjects. Receiver-operating characteristic analyses were conducted using ERI OC as variables. A disorder served gold standard reference test. Results demonstrated ability discriminate between diseased individuals. However, comparison areas under curve revealed significantly higher power ratio. Youden index, optimal > 0.715 16. Furthermore, sensitivity specificity different presented. point shortcomings literature established approaches define points. Validating particular importance order ensure valid results research.
