摘要: This article tries to reveal the lived experiences of stress amongst site construction workers and their coping mechanism through leisure in a small company eastern India from state Jharkhand. Qualitative methods have been used collect data using ethnography photo-elicitation methods. Discussion with participants led emergence two themes: (1) work demand (2) as mechanism. The research findings indicate that physically demanding nature job coupled heavy load was major cause which development workers.
