摘要: Purpose Research on the longitudinal association of workplace social capital and mental health is limited. The purpose present study was to investigate prospective in with distress, measured by K6, adjusting for individuals factors as well workplace-related among employees Japan. Methods participants included 6387 men 1825 women from 12 private companies Questionnaires, inquiring about capital, job strain effort-reward imbalance were administered at baseline survey between October 2010 December 2011 (response rate=77.4%).
