摘要: The association of socioeconomic status (SES) with nutrient intake attracts public attention worldwide. In the current study, we examined associations SES dietary folate and health outcomes in general Japanese workers. This occupational cohort consisted off 2266 was assessed by a self-administered questionnaire. Intakes all nutrients were validated, brief diet history questionnaire (BDHQ). degree depressive symptoms measured validated version K6 scale. Multiple linear regression stratified analysis used to evaluate confounding factors. Path conducted describe impacts on outcomes. Education levels household incomes significantly associated depression scales (p < 0.05).
