摘要: An antimicrobial activity enhancing agent for lactoferrin or a hydrolysate, which contains ribonuclease-4 as an active ingredient, and method producing comprises (a) the step of contacting raw milk with cation exchange resin to adsorb proteins in resin, (b) washing having undergone adsorption treatment, flowing elution solvent elute protein fraction isoelectric point 8.0 10.0, (c) subjecting eluted gel filtration using carrier collect molecular weight 30 kDa less.
