摘要: Three different histochemical methods for copper detection were compared. Atomic absorption analysis was used to substantiate the tissue stains. There good correlation between rhodanine staining and rubeanic acid-stained sections. The orcein reaction copper-associated protein did not consistently correlate with demonstrating copper. Prolonged (72 hours) acid more clearly detected increased in canine livers than rhodanine. Seventy-two hour is method of choice liver.
