摘要: On the basis of ability aggressive melanoma cells to participate in vasculogenic mimicry, particularly their expression endothelial-associated genes, we examined plasticity human metastatic cutaneous with respect vascular function. Fluorescently labeled were challenged an ischemic microenvironment surgically induced hind limbs nude mice. The data reveal capability these express cell-fate determination molecules, normally expressed during embryonic vasculogenesis, and neovascularization circulation-deficient muscle. These results demonstrate powerful influence on transendothelial differentiation cells, may provide new perspectives tumor cell that could be exploited for novel therapeutic strategies.
