摘要: Methods are disclosed for batch fabrication of vacuum switch tubes that reduce manufacturing costs and improve tube to uniformity. The methods comprise creating a stacked assembly layers containing plurality adjacently spaced sub-assemblies aligned registered through common layers. include trigger electrode layer, cathode layer including metallic support/contact with graphite inserts, probe sub-assembly ceramic (e.g. body) insulator anode layer. Braze alloy incorporated into the layers, can active metal braze alloys or direct alloys, eliminate associated traditional metallization entire is then heated braze/join/bond stack-up cohesive body, after which individual singulated by such as sawing. inventive provide simultaneously fabricating devices opposed rely on skilled craftsman essentially hand build devices.
