摘要: Abstract The profiles of volatile metabolites in serum samples from normal individuals and with diabetes mellitus varying degrees polyneuropathy have been studied. transevaporator procedure was used to obtain sample extracts which were chromatographed on a highly efficient glass column coated Silar 10C (106 m × 0.25 mm I.D.). Differences between subjects diabetic no drug therapy noticed. However, correlations the severity neuropathy concentrations certain ketones could not be established. Compounds present both sera identified by mass spectrometry.
