摘要: A optimal procedure for plant production via repetitive secondary somatic embryogenesis in Tilia amurensis is described. Somatic embryos were induced directly from the culture of zygotic on medium with 1.0 mg/l 2,4.-D. Repetitive formed surface cotyledons and hypocotyls except radicles when explants cultured 4.0 2,4-D. The highest frequency embryo-genesis was obtained (90%) hypocotyls(83.33%) MS mg/L average number per explant 25.74 cotyledon 24.92 hypocotyl. When hypocotyl segments at different developmental stages 2,4-D, late cotyledonary embryos. transferred to basal then they germinated within 2 4 weeks culture. Germinated grew normally into plantlets WPM medium, producing new shoots. converted acclimatized artificial soil mixture. These results indicate that T can offer possibility use vitro system micropropagation.
