摘要: In order to better understand the role of histamine H4 (H4R) receptor in breast cancer, we studied expression pattern, associated signal transduction pathway and biological responses, cancer cell lines with different malignant characteristics. A pattern protein was observed MDA-MB-231 compared MCF-7 cells determined by western blot, exhibiting presence a diverse range molecular weight species H4R. H4R agonist reduced cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) formation induced forskolin only cells. cells, agonists significantly decreased proliferation, augmented Annexin-V TdT-mediated UTP-biotin Nick End labelling (TUNEL) positive produced 2.5-fold increase senescence. inhibited proliferation 50%, increasing exponential doubling time. This effect an augment TUNEL 2-fold We conclude that is functionally expressed human lines, key histamine-mediated processes such as senescence apoptosis.
