摘要: The histamine (HA) receptor subtype 1 (H1R) and H4R are expressed on immune cells contribute to an inflammatory reaction. Both subtypes individually enhance the intracellular concentrations of calcium regulate accumulation cAMP, increase MAPK activity, expression e.g., genes. In a previous study we characterized compared signaling pathways murine orthologs H1R recombinantly at comparable levels in HEK 293 cells. present study, aimed analyzing possible interactions emerging mH1R mH4R. Therefore, co-expressed both investigated HA-induced parameters such as phosphorylation MAPKs p38, ERK 1, 2, transcription factor CREB, immediate early gene EGR-1. We demonstrate that cAMP well EGR-1 regulated exclusively via mH1R. contrast, synergize activation. This synergism most probably relies independent second messenger cAMP. summary, provide evidence inhibits or dampens function mH4R regarding specific parameters, while other events cooperatively by
