Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of color-tunable BaLa2WO7:Eu3+ phosphor

摘要: Abstract Color-tunable phosphors BaLa 2− x Eu WO 7 were synthesized via a solid-state reaction. The absorption, excitation, emission and decay curves obtained to study the luminescence properties. experimental results indicate that have two regions in excitation spectra: one is assigned charge-transfer state (CTS) band at about 338 nm, other intra-4f transitions 360–600 nm. spectra of excited 395 nm exhibit series sharp peaks, which are attributed 5 D 0  →  F J (  = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) transitions. Luminescence from higher states, such as 1 , 2 3 also observed low 3+ concentration. optimal intensity red  = 0.4 (BaLa 1.6 0.4 ). chromaticity coordinates vary with content white, orange-red, red, making it candidate for white-light-emitting phosphor UV-LEDs.
