摘要: Introduction Placental protein 13 (PP13) is a expressed only in the placenta. It involved gluing placenta to uterus and remodeling maternal arteries expand them. Women who subsequently develop preterm preeclampsia have low first trimester serum. Aim of Work The aim this work was assess value PP13 as an early marker for screening correlate it with messenger RNA (mRNA). Patients Methods As part Antenatal Screening Project, 100 women pregnancy were selected subdivided into 2 groups: 50 developed their third (patient group) completed normal uncomplicated until full term (control group). level measured using commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit mRNA tested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results serum preeclamptic group (157.9 ± 45.5 pg/mL), which significantly lower than that control (225.3 67.3 highly statistically significant difference (P Conclusion Combined expression are reliable markers detection preeclampsia, we recommend doing routine investigation during trimester.
