The poor have no money – so just give it to them! In favour of inclusive aid and unconditional cash transfers

摘要: Aid in 2015 is trapped its own logic of paternalism, bureaucracy, over-reporting, top-down decision making and lack accountability, thereby further excluding disenfranchising the poor. We argue this essay that failure not limited to official development assistance, but also extends private organizations academia. A culture aid exists today rewards new, right. Academia policy are a vicious circle constant innovation evaluation due competition for funding, thus far removed from actual situation paradigm change towards unconditional trust empowerment poor; our words, inclusive aid. As first step truly just democratic structures, we urge implementation minimal continuous financial support poorest.
