摘要: The effects of the administration kappa agonist dynorphin1-17 and/or antagonist MR-2266-BS on ethanol preference was investigated using a paradigm by which rats develop alcohol preference. Administration dynorphin shortly before or after conditioning session (forced exposure) failed to affect later However, treatment prior first choice reduced during three consecutive testing days. This effect reversed simultaneous MR-2266-BS. results present study provide further support for evidence involvement dynorphinergic systems drinking behavior and suggest that kappa-type opioid mechanisms may be involved in consumption development rats.
