摘要: Proteins with molecular weights between 14 000 and 175 daltons were investigated by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry. High abundance ions obtained absolute sample amounts ranging from 5 pmol down to 50 fmol, allowing weight determination an accuracy 0.1 0.2%. The amount of needed for analysis is determined the preparation rather than step; majority can be regained after analysis.
