摘要: A review of the studies on aspergillosis in turkey poults at National Animal Disease Center include limited field studies, pathogenicity and vaccine development. Natural ventilation rearing houses was effective reducing airborne propagules four major fungal genera, but effectiveness appeared to be by width building. Aspergillus fumigatus more than A. flavus producing mortalities aerosol exposed poults. Toxigenicity did not enhance its pathogenicity, no apparent aflatoxin production occurred during pathogenesis infected Spores were disseminated quite rapidly aerosols, alveolar macrophages from respiratory lavages taken immediately after exposure contained spores fumigatus. Vaccines produced germlings administered most efficacious five vaccines tested against challenge aerosols spores.
