摘要: Turkey poults were vaccinated with combinations of two different germling preparations and three adjuvants (N-acetylmuranyl-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine, Pasteurella multocida lipopolysaccharide [LPS], avridine) at 1 2 weeks age, their immunity was challenged by sublethal exposure to aerosols Aspergillus fumigatus conidia month age. Fewer turkeys in the groups given vaccines prepared from germlings grown on Dorset's Henley's medium (DH number organisms per gram lung tissue low compared other vaccine after challenge exposure; D&H LPS as adjuvant had less-severe lesions than groups. These differences more marked 8 exposure. The only difference among parameters lower heterophil counts D&H-prepared unvaccinated controls. This probably due infections resulting protective effects these vaccines.
