摘要: Leptin, a product of ob-gene plays an important role in the regulation food intake. Recently, leptin expression has been detected gastric epithelium, but physiologic remains unknown. The purpose this study was: 1) to determine effect injury by ethanol and aspirin on mucosa 2) investigate whether exogenous affects integrity exposed noxious agents such as or aspirin. In Wistar rats acute lesions were induced intragastric application 1.5 ml 75% acidified (100 mg/kg 0.2 N HCl). Rats divided into two groups pretreated either with (1-10 microg/kg i.p.) vehicle (saline). anesthetized 1 h after i.g. induction blood flow (GBF) was measured H2 gas clearance method. Then sacrificed, stomach excised mean area assessed planimetry. addition, mRNA protein for analyzed reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) Western blot, respectively. Both led significant reduction GBF. intact mucosa, small detectable. exposure associated markedly increased at level. Application caused wide-spread mucosal lesions. pretreatment reduced dose-dependently these aspirin-induced protective effects accompanied attenuation fall We conclude that: Exogenous exerts potent gastroprotective hyperemic actions Acute is suggesting possible peptide mediating repair process injured mucosa.
