摘要: Ephrussi and Sorieul1 recently reported a somatic hybrid between spontaneous mouse tumour derived from C3H mouse, polyoma-induced originating non-inbred Swiss mouse. These findings extended their own other reports of cell hybridization2–4, in showing that cells with different genotypes strains mice can form when cultured together vitro. In this communication we describe confirmation the results data concerning new tumour, each inbred strain. The origin parental strain has made it possible to undertake transplantation investigations antigenic properties hybrid.
