摘要: A total of 308 individuals belonging to ten different ethnic groups in Senegal were investigated. They suffered from primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC), liver cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis and other diseases, or healthy controls. Their sera investigated for the presence markers infection with B D (delta agent) virus. Out 130 clinically diagnosed patients PHC, 88 had alpha-fetoprotein levels above 100 micrograms/l, supporting diagnosis. After clinical examination, 133 subjects considered be have a disease than PHC. Among these, 83 (31 52 disease) alpha-foetoprotein less 15 micrograms/l therefore not definite 74% positive HBsAg, whereas out without 50% those 26% controls positive. Anti-delta was present 21% It found nine country. The data confirm that HBV is related etiology investigation showed high prevalence delta antibodies but against role evolution malignancy fact it equally common evidence carcinoma.
