摘要: Bullous skin lesions that indicate sweat gland necrosis have been known to occur in drug-induced coma resulting from barbiturates and carbon monoxide poisoning. To our knowledge, this is the first case which diazepam implicated causing bullous over pressure points, showing on biopsy specimen eccrine duct necrosis. Penile oral are being described here for time knowledge. The following mechanisms could be responsible lesions: hypoxia, local pressure, hyperthermia with excessive sweating, a specific toxic effect gland. With increasing use of benzodiazepines, such seen more frequently future. (Arch Intern Med137:1207-1210, 1977)
