Sweat Gland Necrosis in Barbiturate Poisoning

摘要: Early diagnosis of barbiturate poisoning may be difficult in comatose patients. The presence irregular erythematous cutaneous lesions and bullae aid this respect. In my patient, there was sweat gland necrosis. To knowledge, microscopic finding has not been previously reported. Necrosis glands contribute to temperature variations seen poisoning.
