摘要: Abstract Background The aim of this study is to report component alignment in a series ZUK fixed bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) implants and compare clinical outcomes. Methods radiographs, Knee Society Scores (KSS) flexion 223 medial UKAs were evaluated. following parameters assessed; coronal sagittal femoral angle (c-FCA s-FCA), sagittal tibia (c-TCA s-TCA) and the tibiofemoral angle (c-TFA). Each parameter was grouped at consecutive 2.5° intervals, mean KSS then compared between interval groups. Results 96.4% femoral components 7.5° varus valgus 95.1% extension 5° flexion. 89.6% tibial 97.3% 15° There no significant difference or any incremental groups alignment. Mean c-TFA 0.2 ± 3.0°, 92.4% −5° (varus) (valgus). significantly greater for two increments with slightly more varus. Linear regression analysis showed there very weak correlation (R2 = 0.1933) c-TCA. Conclusions results show that UKA are forgiving accommodate some variation position without effecting outcome scores Limb matters than knees slight tibiofemoral have better those valgus.
