摘要: Abstract Macrophages have been found to suppress the in vitro production by stimulated T lymphocytes of a lymphokine, migration inhibitory factor. When macrophages isolated from primary MSV-induced tumors were added antigen-stimulated MSV-immune spleen cells, complete suppression MIF was observed. This nonspecific, since alloimmune cells and PHA-stimulated normal also inhibited. Suppressor could be induced inoculation with Corynebacterium parvum , whereas light mineral oil-induced peritoneal had no detectable effect on production. The failure detect supernatants cultures containing activated appeared due inhibition lymphokine rather than absorption or inactivation interference assay for detection MIF. able only when during first 4–5 hr culture they later. These data show that can nonspecifically this appears an early step lymphocyte stimulation.
