摘要: BackgroundMigraine is characterized by a collection of neurological symptoms in the absence injury or damage. However, several common preclinical migraine models require significant damage to skull stimulate dura mater, likely source afferent signaling leading head pain. The goal this study was determine whether dural stimulation can be performed mice using an injection that does not cause damage.MethodsUsing mice, injections stimuli were administered mater through soft tissue at intersection between lambdoidal and sagittal sutures.
