摘要: Most drugs being low molecular weight chemicals eventually functioning as haptens, sensitization and allergic reactions to should (according the Landsteiner’s theory) only occur if drug or one of its reactive metabolites is able form suitable conjugates with autologous proteins in vivo. Accordingly, research on immunochemical mechanisms allergy has been mostly oriented towards study reactivity itself a search for derivatives, immunogenic conjugates.
