摘要: A subject of great scientific and technological interest, amorphous materials is intimately connected with the topic this meeting. This especially so since one preferred methods making films for photovoltaic devices utilizes plasmas in which dissociation gases associated dc electric fields or radio frequency excitation. Such creation by nonthermal means generates excited states gas, ultimately producing different chemical species from that ground state molecules. The have a high energy content and, some cases, unique electronic distribution, are thus much more reactive.
