摘要: Isolated pig liver cells cultured using a perfusion technique were analyzed over 39 days to test their ability change the perfusate alpha-keto acid profile. While pyruvate concentration in culture medium decreased as of first day, alpha-ketoglutarate (KG), alpha-ketoisocaproate (KIC), alpha-ketoisovalerate (KIV) and alpha-keto-beta-methyl-n-valerate (KMV) synthesized immediately released by cells. The metabolic capacity cell system increased up day 10, during following 5 reached steady state beyond 15, which was maintained for at least 30 days. branched chain release, particular alpha-ketoisocaproate, reflects an effective transamination newly developed shows intact protein biosynthesis vitro.
