摘要: The exciting possibility of achieving diagnostic breast magnetic resonance examinations without administration a contrast agent could make MRI more accessible clinical tool, especially for screening applications. Eliminating the use would not only benefit patient population whom gadolinium agents are contraindicated, but facilitate and improve standard non-enhanced acquisitions acquired as part routine DCE-MRI study. Non-contrast can be appropriate either or application, additional applications include parenchymal imaging risk assessment hormonal therapy response. Previous reports have investigated diffusion-weighted STIR non-contrast MR studies [1]. We noncontrast enhanced high spectral spatial resolution (HiSS) MRI. HiSS technique improves image quality by eliminating some side-effects which may affect lesion and/or visualization, improving separation fat water signals, reducing chemical shift blurring individual components resonance. 1.
