摘要: Abstract As much as 15% of the population in industrialized countries suffers from type I allergic symptoms (rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and bronchial asthma). One approach toward this disease involves production recombinant allergens Escherichia coli their purification for diagnostic therapeutic purposes. In study we compared IgE-binding capacity natural birth with functional ability to release histamine patients' basophils via cross-linking high-affinity Fc ϵ -receptors.
