摘要: The newly established family Anelloviridae includes a number of viruses infecting humans (Torque teno viruses) and other animal species. ones domestic swine wild boar are nowadays named Torque sus (TTSuV), which small circular single-stranded DNA highly prevalent in the pig population. So far, two genetically distinct TTSuV species swine. Both TTSuVs appear to efficiently spread by vertical horizontal transmission routes; fact, foetuses may be infected prevalence viral loads increase age animals. Detailed immunological studies on still lacking, but it seems that there no efficient responses limiting viraemia. These currently receiving more attention due latest results disease association. have been circulating unnoticed pigs for long time, even considered non-pathogenic themselves; is increasing evidence points influence development some diseases or affect their outcome. Such link has mainly with porcine circovirus diseases.
