摘要: A fluorescent microbead-based immunoassay (FMIA) for simultaneous detection of IgG antibodies against Torque teno sus virus 1 (TTSuV1), TTSuV2, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome type (PRRSV-1) PRRSV-2 was developed. Serum samples were obtained over time from 20 pigs. Twelve exposed to TTSuV2 on day 0, 20/20 vaccinated with a vaccine 35, 63. Anti-TTSuV detected in 30% the pigs 90% by 35. All had detectable anti-PRRSV-2 21 days after vaccination. Field 17 farms also tested. The seroprevalence both PRRSV TTSuV increased age. Comparison FMIA an ELISA revealed good correlation young but high rate false positives older Cross-reaction between types problem.
