摘要: Torque teno viruses (TTVs), family Anelloviridae, are small, non-enveloped with a circular, negative-sense, single-stranded DNA genome. Although TTVs have been reported in wide variety of animals, porcine (or sus virus, TTSuVs) more studied compared to those from other non-human host species, especially because their association economically important diseases pigs, notably circovirus infections. TTSuVs highly prevalent and widely distributed both healthy diseased pigs found contaminate cell lines, human drugs, veterinary products retail pork products. the current belief is that by itself cannot induce severe disease they proposed serve as complicating agents/co-factors triggering or exacerbating certain diseases, circovirus-2 systemic (PCV2-SD).
