摘要: Globalisation, in terms of the rapid and free movement people, animals food, has created a new paradigm, increasing range rate distribution many pathogens. In present study, Torque teno sus viruses (TTSuVs) have been used as model to evaluate effects global trade on viral heterogeneity, how live pigs can affect composition virus populations. Seventeen countries from different parts world screened for TTSuV1 TTSuvV2. High levels genetic diversity found well two TTSuV subtypes. A small fraction this ( 50%) was best explained by exchange among countries, pointing direct relationship between hosts their accompanying viruses. Taking TTSuVs sentinels, study revealed that comensal microflora subjected is shaped commercial movements countries. case TTSuVs, it appears are eroding populations may pig herds since domestication.
